A $20 deposit is required to book and secure your appointment slot, the deposit goes towards the service.
Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment forfeits your deposit.
2 reschedules if made 24 hours or more before the appointment are allowed on the same deposit.
No children under 8 unless supervised by another adult within close vicinity
No guests/friends unless they are receiving services as well
Any complaints, problems, or issues with your services and/or results are to be communicated to me within 72 hours.
I allow a 15 minute grace period for arriving to appointments on time. After 15 minutes a $5 late fee will be applied. An additional $1 late fee will be applied for every minute after that. 20 minutes late results in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. If you wish to rebook another deposit will have to be made.
By reading this policy I accept and acknowledge that I am required to list any allergies and health conditions to my nail tech. I also acknowledge my part during the services that require me to be truthful about my likes and dislikes during the service so that my nail technician can provide me with the satisfactory results that I desire. I also acknowledge and understand that my nail technician is her own artist with her own style and will never promise me that her results will look exactly like inspiration pictures I show her. I accept and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
